Obituary of Felix Gallegos

Felix Gallegos, 76, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024 in Simi Valley, California.

Visitation will be held at Rose Family Mortuary 4444 Cochran, Simi Valley, California 93065 on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 beginning at 5:00 p.m. followed by Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Rose Family Mortuary will be handling the funeral arrangements.

Funeral service will be held at Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church at 1305  Royal Avenue, Simi Valley, California, 93065  on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Christopher Felix of Saint Rose of Lima officiating. Burial will follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery located at 1380 Fitzgerald Road, Simi Valley, California, 93065.

Felix was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Felix and Barbara Gallegos on December 1, 1947. He went to high school at Albuquerque High School and graduated in 1965.

Felix passed away surrounded by love on May 27, 2024 after a courageous fight with cancer.

Felix is survived by son, Felix L. Gallegos and his wife Adela, son Jerry Gallegos and his wife Leticia, daughter, Sarah Gallegos and her partner Scott, granddaughter, Amanda Ousley and her husband Mark, granddaughter Ilianna Mojica and her husband Dion, granddaughter Gisselle Chingirian and her husband Roy, granddaughter Julia Gallegos, grandson, Joseph Gallegos, great granddaughters, Brianna and Samantha Mojica, Olivia Chingirian, Skyler, Parker, Brooklynn, McKenzie, and Zoe Ousley, great grandson Sebastian Chingirian, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
