Chris, you had more of an impact on me then you will have ever known. You taught me the drums, you showed me how to speed read lol.. you would sneak out of my moms room to watch tommy boy with me or to play video games all night with me. I loved when you did your impressions of all the Wisconsin actors accents. I miss the story you would tell about chopping the tree down when you were a kid. You were a kid at heart and a very kind person. I miss you Chris.

My most sincere condolences to the Kupper family and all that knew Chris well. I reconnected with Chris a couple of years ago since we both ended up as Audio Engineers, but hadn’t actually seen each other in 40+ years. We had a bunch of things in common because of our experiences in Rock Studios, even though I was still in Wisconsin. But I think the biggest reaction that I got from Chris, was when I told him that I thought the kids in his family and the kids in my family had seen The Muppet Movie together back in 1979. We both thought that was pretty cool! After that, I understood why he never commented on my political posts!
