Papa was a great man and role model for my family. My two oldest boys always looked up to him and he was a great father figure for my middle son. Papa would take the time to read to the boys, show them how to use a tool or build something. For me, he had my back. He was alway so supportive of me and I loved spending summers at Papa and Nana's house. He let me ride the tractor, helped me learn how to drive, taught me about work ethic by letting me work in his Tool Shed. He was funny, full of love and gave the best hugs. He was also so good to my husband as they had long conversations about cars, tools and shared all their childhood stories. I will miss him making fun of nana, mom and myself and our sales. I will miss his hugs, stories and jokes.

Q: What will you miss most about Robert? A: He was my father figure and the man I looked up to and tried to emulate in my life. He was a guiding light in my life. His humor and his morals were the things I took away from knowing him. I am a better man for his guidance and the care that he showed me throughout my life. Rest well and know that your work is done in this life.

John brought the best out in everyone he met. I will miss the holiday dinners with him and the fun games to follow. He will always be watching over his wonderful family, especially his little mini. Love you all.

John has always been such a great friend. We have always enjoyed the time we got to spend with he & Carole. Even a fishing trip when they visited us in Idaho a few years ago. He was always a generous guy with a big heart. Rest in Peace, Dear Friend. May God Bless & watch over your Sweet Wife & Family.

John was so good to our family. Josh truly enjoyed working alongside him every day at the Tool Shed. John had such a great sense of humor, too. He also had a heart of gold. I remember he was so worried when we had our first daughter. He was up all night with worry and anxious for us. We will always remember his gentleness and generosity.
