Oh dear, I had been trying to contact Sher for so long, and didn't know how to contact her family. Sher was part of the "Winchester Ladies" that have gotten together every year for each other's birthdays. We were young mothers in the 1970s in Winchester Canyon and kept in touch ever since, so that makes about 50 years!
The remembrance is beautifully written and a good description of Sher. We have such fond memories of the years
of getting together and how her sense of humor always added to our good times.
None of the other women have heard a thing about Sher, so we didn't know she had passed. I thought of looking up Erik and somehow this led to this notice of her death. I will let them know. So very terribly sad and sorry for this loss for us and her family.
Perhaps in January I will be able to find the many photos of our times with Sher and post them.
