Denis was married to my childhood friend, Sheila. Sheila and I grew up together from the time I was four years old. There was a true light in Sheila after she married Dennis. You could just feel her happiness, it was tangible. Denis love Sheila without reservation. He saw Sheila through some of the roughest of times of her life. The things that I will never forget about Denis is his kindness, how loving he was with their children, and how deeply he loved Sheila. They had that once, in a lifetime, kind of love, and I know Sheila will never regret a single moment she spent with him.

Denis was always smiling, sharing his joy with others. He was one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I was ever privileged to know. His love will continue through Sheila and his children. He will be truly missed.

All of Denis' friends and coworkers here at the Santa Barbara Auto Group would like to extend our deepest condolences and sympathy to Sheila and the entire Swan family. Denis was one of a kind and inspired us in many ways. He was a true work horse and an amazing person. He had a temperament and a level of patience that made him a pleasure to work with. He will be sincerely missed. R.I.P. Mr. Swan

Condolences to the entire Swan Family. Lived right near Denis in the late 60s, and attended jr. high and high school with him. Super nice person. May he rest in peace.
